On April 14, 2017, Life Care Center of Morehead, Kentucky, hosted an Easter party for residents and their families and associates and their children, including an egg hunt.
Approximately 60 guests attended the annual celebration and enjoyed a variety of hors d’oeuvres, cookies, cake and punch. Randy McRoberts, maintenance assistant, played the Easter Bunny and took photos with the children for the families to take home with them.
Resident Deborah Hawkins had been hard at work leading up to the event filling 525 plastic eggs with candy, and the children had a grand time searching the facility lawn for the goodies.
“I am thankful to work for a facility that provides such a good environment for my family to be able to enjoy the fun-filled activities,” said Destiny Lambert, certified nursing assistant. “The children always bring a smile to the residents’ faces.”
